What we offer

Cappella Pratensis offers a role within a small, dedicated, and highly engaged team, at the heart of one of Europe’s leading ensembles for Renaissance polyphony. There is substantial room for initiative and professional autonomy: you will help shape the role based on your expertise, while working in close dialogue with the Artistic and Business leadership.
This is a freelance assignment, budgeted at €9,000, spread over a nine-month period (approximately 5 hours per week, to be agreed in consultation). In addition, a 20% one-off commission is offered upon the successful engagement of any sponsor paying €500 or upwards. The precise scope, rhythm of work, and start date will be determined jointly. The employment begins with a 3-month trial period, after which the role will be assessed by both employers and employee.
